Is the volume all the way up on the Bluetooth device itself? I've found myself many times forgetting to turn the volume up on the device as well

I'm on ATT as well and received the update only on my unlocked KEYone.

As expected, my ATT-branded Space Black KEYone has not received the update.

all I've noticed is my Keyones battery has gotten progressively worse. it's almost at the same level as my Priv, anyone else notice this? ive had the phone for 3 months btw

What seems to be chewing on the battery? Look at the Battery App in Main Settings.

Well this answers my question on att and updates. I have the latest update on my unlocked Keyone that I recently picked up at Amazon but was thinking of picking up the black version.

Really hate not being able to get timely updates.
