Not that you say that, I don't see it in the settings anywhere but it was just activated when I replied to a text. Have you tried to reply to a text message and see what happens?
Hub+Services and Hub itself are two different applications. Hub+Services is the infrastructure of the Hub. Hub itself resided as a separate app, please see my original post.

Yes, talking about a new feature specifically for the Hub.
As someone already mentioned that was for Hub+ services which is the background infrastructure for all the BlackBerry apps including the HUB. As for the beta update, below is what SMS looks like (remember this has not been pushed out yet beyond the beta zone - Shouldn't be long though).
Something seems odd here. Even though I have texts acting as they do in the pics I posted, the quick text reply option is not in my settings as the one photo states.

Exactly. Something is odd, that's why I said it would be good to hear from the BB team to see if this is a limited roll out, trial or what. I get no option nor the action when clicked.

I agree. I get the action and no option.
Edit: Nevermind. Option is actually there. Just missed it.
I installed beta as well . However it seems mess up with Textra integration. Now when I try to reply to a old text message within hub, it just open a new window without contact and old conversations if I disable the hub quick reply option.

After rolling back to the old version, the problem disappeared . I think this should be an bug related to the newer beta version.
What I would love to see is just a few more things in future updates:
Native HTML email signature support for outlook
User-defined number of icons in launcher dock
Icon normalization for stock icons in launcher
True separation for work email accounts from hub (stand alone folder)
