"Network error, please try again later"

So I got my keyone from Sprint yesterday and like it so far. Only issue is this error it gives me periodically. It shows the error on the bottom of the screen above the capacitive keys for a few seconds and then goes away. It happens even when I have good 2-3 bars of reception. It also does it when I'm connected to WiFi. Any ideas?

Since phone is new, either take it right back or do a factory reset

Well I did a factory reset. I haven't seen the message yet. Knock on wood.
