I've used the content transfer tool before and never had an issue.

I got a keyone, both apps are updated, I'd rather store it on the cloud so I have a backup of it if anything goes wrong. I do not have a computer.

Has anyone been successful when transferring their info to the keyone?

I attached a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Not KEYone but from Z10 to PRIV. I did it through WiFi and everything transferred except emails and text (SMS) messages. I did get the option to backup to Google Drive, then transfer from there, though.

I don't know about BlackBerry World, but there are apps for that on iOS and Android. Also stuff for desktops / laptops. You might be able to back them up through your carrier, or, another cloud service that BB10 can connect to. Other than that, I dunno. But be worth contacting BlackBerry directly. Or maybe ask in the PRIV forum as most of us came from BB10.

I went through this last night and had no trouble. I did it through WiFi :

    - Go to the blackberry.com/transfer link on the classic, and install the content transfer app there.

    - Connect both devices to the same WiFi network and run the content transfer on both

    - When you get to the "If you have a Google account , the quickest way...." page , tap Use Another Method. Do this on both devices

    - If they're on the same WiFi then they should fine each other. Specifically the Classic will find the K1. Then just press on the listed K1 on Classic and it'll ask you want you want to sync.

It was pretty smooth and synced all of my contacts, SMS, etc. I'm doing the photo transfer manually because it takes such a long time

Same thing happened to me it was infuriating. I think, start the transfer process with the keyone. Then start the process with the classic. I'm pretty sure that's how I got it to work
