    In the sound file/settings, I turned my volume off and now I cannot get it to turn back on - the green ball is missing and I cannot move it to the right. How can this be fixed? Thanks! Jim

    Try the 32+ second reboot. Press and HOLD the Power button for 32+ seconds, ignoring the screen and any sounds or vibrations. Then let is reboot/rest
