FWIW, I have the BlackBerry KEYone Black edition. I don't think I did the system update for a few months(!).

I was taking a nap, and then this happened:

My phone woke me up with constant vibrating, where it keeps trying to boot up the device. My phone was ON when I went to take a nap...

    What it looks like:

    1. It'll show me the Blackberry Powered By Android splash screen
    2. I'm shown the dancing cubes / triangles / circle
    3. The phone vibrates, and goes back to Step 1

The only way I seem to be able to switch OFF my phone is by pressing the Power button + volume down button, and selecting from the green-text Blackberry Bootloader Menu option 4 - "Turn off the device".

I tried to plug in my phone via USB to my windows PC, then boot up - same thing happens.

What are my options here? I don't want to necessarily factory reset my phone (things like Google Auth will become a pain for me). Best case scenario is somehow just getting out of this loop and being happy.

    Please, help

You're welcome to wait for other suggestions but I feel you're gonna end up resetting it. Best to use Sugar - https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...sugar-1150952/
