    Just got my keyone

    Anyway, when I use the keyboard to scroll up n down its not smooth and often skips and jerks

    Is this normal?

    Kinda. In my experience, it comes down to the site (lots of ads = jerky) or the app (heavy app = jerky) really.

    this happened on my first day and of half of having it. I then got a system update and it's been A LOT better.

    also know it's only one row that does the swiping - the middle row. I just use my thumb on that row and it works much smoother.

    Few things.

    Some apps are resource heavy and that appears to impact on the smoothness of the scrolling.

    Keyboard browser is lighter than chrome and appears to work better with keyboard scrolling. I recommend this browser anyway, its great.

    Keyboard scrolling works best in landscape mode.

    It seems to me that when you're using the phone in portrait mode, yes, you're right, only the middle row is responsive to swiping. However, when you go to landscape mode, the entire keyboard becomes responsive. Try it and see if you have the same experience.
