Any way to fix this or is this just android?

Reboot....
No help on the reboot.
So guess I am in the minority on this feature.
So I guess you need to do it manually?
I guess I did try the Keyone android system. But this is a deal breaker form me so back to the big apple for me.
The keyboard is nice.

Take it easy for a minute. This is not an android thing. What OS patch are you on? It's not a common issue and likely a pretty simple solution.
I guess I could be a Verizon problem.
So if anybody knows of a solution the i will try it.
Blackberry support told me the Key one will not give you a visual indication of a missed calls are a voice message.
Did sound odd too me.
Rick
That's not true. You get an indication in the notification tray and the hub. Can you look in the hub and see if call log in in there? Also, go into settings, and scroll to the bottom and about phone. What month patch are you on? There was a notification issue prior to the September patch but haven't heard of one with calls yet.
Hello
Sept 5 2017 patch
And Thanks
Rick
Okay well that isn't the issue then. The one thing I would try is a wipe of the device. Make sure you have things backed up that you need. So basically contacts, pictures, and videos. And maybe a backup file of password keeper if you use it. Something isn't right here and a wipe may likely fix it for you.
Would I use the "backup and reset" in the setting tab.
And what is the wipe command.
I'm on Verizon and don't have this problem, so I doubt this is a Verizon-specific problem. Sorry that I'm not much help with troubleshooting, but others on here are much more helpful.
Good luck!
Yes back up reset in settings then click on factory reset. Your apps won't need backing up as they are tied to the Google account you log into your device with. But if you have pictures, videos or anything else you want backed up that isn't on an SD card then make sure you back it up first. Let me know if you need to figure out how to back it up.
Yes help would be nice because android and google are not me first language and are the contacts backed up via google?
Contacts would be backed up if they are part of your Gmail account or some other email account. If not, you can go into the contacts App and in settings you can Export your contacts. They will Export into a csv file. To back things up that you need, go into whatever file manager App and move them from internal to your SD card.
If you don't have an SD card, plug the device into your pc, swipe down from the top and click on file transfer. Your computer will pick up the device. Open it up and drag and drop all the file (pics, videos, etc) onto your pc. Make sure you drag that contacts back up file onto PC as well.
Now you can wipe your phone. Once wipe is done and it's updated all the apps again, you can plug it back in and drag and drop the files to it again where you want them saved including that contacts csv file. Then you can go into your contacts App and import that file.
with Verizon for VoiceMail notification, they need to set as basic VoiceMail (not basic visual voice mail or any other of the VoiceMail flavors). that should give you your voice mail notifications.
let me know if it helps
cheers,

Is there no verizon visual voicemail on the KeyOne?
Not at this time. Verizon seems to do everything possible to make any bring your own device to be a difficult as possible, so you will go with one of their branded phones.
So, at this time, no VVM on Verizon with a K1. (T-Mobile does support it from what I hear)
