Hi, my keyone with system version ABD796 and hardware PRD-63116-039 has an update available with new system version ABP306. Unfortunately, everyone I try downloading and installing, it will just show an android robot knockdown and says "This is Embarrassing" and error installing and no given code. Anyone experiencing the same issue and any Solutions?

sorry I am not a techie. do you need to download the mega app to use your recommended tool? tried running the file itself but keyone phone can't open. thanks. j
It's a PC app. Download and install on a computer.
depending on the error it could be failing authentication to Google or some apps that are disabled on the device are required for the update. if the last update worked fine probably a issue authenticating. type your error into Google you will likely find a solution.

The mobile upgrade tool will wipe the phone right there is not a no wipe option in that tool?
