I put my memory 64 into the phone and the pictures show up but all my music has not shown up.
Also I have connected the phone to my computer and it thinks it is a camara and I can not download my music from my computer to the phone.
I was happy with the passort. Please help me

Had the same issue with pictures AND photos. I took all my photos and music off, and stored on my laptop. But the mem card in K1. I then formatted my mem card. Then I plugged the phone to the laptop and dragged music and photos to the mem card. I had to do this with the Priv, too. Hopefully someone else will have a better scenario, as this took almost all day to do.

Hi, No? I am doing that now. You may have saved the day. I am trying to like the phone as I am a blackberry loyal fan but a few things are frustrating me. Like a press any key to set a shortcut and I put a phone number in and it works and then an hour later it does not.

There should be a little dropdown notification on the phone saying what mode you're connected in when plugged in, what is it set to?

When that Green half circle shows up, I chose the leftmost option and then the more generic File Transfer (not PTP).

I copy Music files to the music folder. But I do not sync files but just manually drag and drop.

You have to upload to google music. It will take a while if you have alot of music...so do it on wifi.

You can download a music player app in the app store that reads media from the SD card. Google music tries to upload them before they let you play it in the app.
