    Hi all, friends are telling me that when I text them they receive the same text multiple times. I don't know if this is a device issue or a network issue. I have reset my network a few times, restarted the KEYᵒⁿᵉ multiple times and haven't been able to correct the problem. I contacted Fido, but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else experienced this? Any resolution that anyone can think of? TIA for any ideas.

    I have had friends with the same issue on a bunch of different devices. I think that's a network issue and not the KEYone.

    Thank you for that answer. I was leaning in that direction. I am backing up my phone right now and doing a wipe and starting fresh. I also have Fido looking into it. I will report back if I figure it out. Thanks again.

    unfortunately, the problem went away when I put my Sim card back in my PRIV. at the moment, it seems like a KEYone issue. darn it. I'm still working on it. thanks again

    I'm using the android messaging app and then switched to textra to see if it made a difference. Didn't

    So, I had Fido reset my service and after a couple of restarts I now have my texting services working properly. Thank you for your suggestions
