Really love the curved display on my Priv, can't tell if the Mercury has one or not? Some pics looks like it does but other it doesn't. Does anyone know?

The glass may curve slightly at the edges, but the screen is essentially flat.

It does matter because the curved screens look nice but really limited in functionality. Plus it makes it harder to get a perfect fitting tempered glass protector.. like the Priv.... impossible.

I have to agree with that, the tempered glass issue is the one thing that always scared me about my Priv.

Yep, most likely this will be the case. Similar to the Passport.

Love the curved screen on my Priv as well. The biggest reason is the ease in holding the device. The battery charging bar is just a nice secondary reason.

Yup. I had the curved screen on both the Priv and S7E. I prefer the Privs curved screen because I would always accidentally touch the edges on the S7E and it would go to a screen I didn't want.....annoying.

In the end there was only room for one curved screen in my house, and it went to the Priv.

It is not technically curved like a Galaxy Edge. Nor it is flat. It's similar to the PRIV, a 2.5d curved screen. It's actually better than a real curved screen, for me.

I think it resembles the Zr0 screen the most. Aesthetically, it looks as if the screen curves into the side, but in fact it didn't. Looks great though. And makes the phone looks thinner, even though it isn't.

Whatever they do, as long as the screen itself is flat, I don't mind. But I absolutely cannot stand the actual curved screens like Samsung has. Why would anyone want to distort the edges of their screen??? *barf*
