Does anyone know if the may 5th date holds any weight or is that just people not understanding how threads on twitter work? Im not going crazy about the release date but I have some devices I want to sell in order to get ready for the K1 so a potential date for preorder is important for me just to get organized. I read somewhere it actually won't start getting to consumers until June. You can pre-order sometime in May.

He doesn't need to clear anything up. His sequence of tweets all ended in "1/, 2/, 3/, 4/, 5/" for ordinal purposes. What don't people understand?

To be fair, some retailers had May 5th as their release date even before those tweets... so let's just say you take your chances with anyone stating a May 5th release date and leave it at that.
