Dial *#2886# and tap on MANU then look for the datecode.

In order to find manufactured date, people can go to phone dialpad and type in *#2886#, press "MANU" , go to the very top option and press "Traceability", press "Pass" and will show the date at bottom. To leave that mode, press "Pass" again, scroll all the way down and press "Exit"

I noticed but he was missing an extra step as well as an explanation how to navigate out of this menu.

does a missing manufacture date on a device obtained via advanced replacement for screen pop mean it's a franken KEYᵒⁿᵉ cobbled together with parts they had around?

It started with the upgrade to Oreo.

dunno... had oreo on screen popped phone and date was there because they asked about the date during the process... then I was able to recover the receipt and all was good then... the phone they sent back shows 8 star salute (maybe F***YOU!" for all I know) ... I would. guess the phone is a FrankenKEYᵒⁿᵉ more likely... from the big parts bin wherever 360 fixers lurk...

the thing works fine. there is a barely noticeable light leak along the left side bleeding into the display (more cheap glue ??) but is globally invisible except with a black screen. I live in hopes this piece lasts until the Priv² is shipped... my Christmas wish (got coal, 2 lumps)... but might be a new years gift at CES... maybe ??

Funny, at first I hated the Priv ... coming from the passport lovefest... now I pine for it and the easy on eyes display... PKB not so much

Around what date should we be looking for to know if a KEYone was manufactured with extra screen adhesive?
