    Not yet even 24 hours in, but loving my KEYone and getting to grips with Android! (iOS > BB10 > Android)...

    However I seem to be having an issue with the microphone. Whenever I record video the audio is COMPLETELY broken. If I record video through the camera app, or snapchat, or even WhatsApp... the audio is BARELY audible, VERY muffled, and just nowhere near the correct volume!

    If I record audio for voice notes through whatsapp, it seems to work okay, but video just seems to be the problem! Have contacted BlackBerryHelp through twitter and am awaiting a reply, but just really worried there's an issue with the device! Anyone know of any potential software issues? Causes? or simple fixes??

    Second person to get this k1 problem? I believe one had this already and has to return the phone.

    Thank you so much for everyone getting back to me here and pointing me in the direction of that previous thread! I am certain this is a hardware fault. I returned to Carphone Warehouse (the UK retailer from which I purchased the device), and their knowledge was SPARCE. They suggested that the issue was software-based and would potentially be fixed in a futue patch, but I will be returning tomorrow to request an exchange!

    software based fault? interesting.... CBK, BBM should hiring few of your team as beta testers... (such a fault should be captured early... not like intermittent, it is repeatable fault)...
