    I have a BB Bold and a KEYone that my mac email was working just fine. Also have a iphone7 (works here) and a Kyocera DuraForce (stopped working on this too). Seems like the mac email randomly stopped working last night on my Android devices. I have changed the password- it works just fine still on the computer & iphone but not the BB phones of the Kyocera.
    I've talked to ATT and Apple and they don't have answers. As of June 15, 2017 is anyone else having trouble setting up mac email on their phone?

    Check if you have two factor authentication on for your iCloud account. If you do, set up an app password: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204397

    Effective june 9 - last Friday, iCloud services, mail and such where going to stop working on third-party apps or devices, actually they were going to sign you out automatically. You know how it goes, they do want you using an iPhone .....NOT !!!!!!! about 3 days prior they sent me an e-mail about all that and the possibility of using a two step verification and whatnot......

    I tried that a well it stopped working on my Keyone as well. Obviously i went to the store and they could not help me and i called and they dont help and dont support any other device by apple devices

    same issue here but all resolved now with 2 factor authentication.

    login with your Apple ID on a web browser then you need to make sure you authorize 2 step authorization. once done ask to generate an app specific password which then gives you a code to enter into the password field of the hub email account for icloud. make sure you record / label the app password so that you can reuse later. I called mine KEYone icloud password...keep it simple. The key is on a web browser to access your Apple ID. cumbersome but it works.
