Lost my music and video

I just purchased a BlackBerry keyone and I try to transfer my music and videos from my BBZ10 using ATT transfer. After the transfer I noticed the music and video are gone from my BBZ10 and no music and video are in my key one. I added blackplayer base on crackberry forum . But still no music. Any help is appreciated

Kiss your music and videos goodbye. Looks like you've lost it forever. Why didn't you use Blackberry transfer app?

where could it have gone , like the cloud? I didnt noticed I had a blackberry transfer , i used the Att transfer. does Att provide any support? THANKS FOR THE HELP

You must have backed up your Z10 using Link to your computer? If you did that's possibly where you could find it.
