I know how to do a regular screenshot (volume down and power button) and Googled how to do a scrolling screenshot- volume up and power keys but it's not working. Any ideas why?

It's probably device specific. There are several things that regularly Android phones can do that BlackBerry Andoids can't or won't allow you to. Probably due to the hardened Kernel security in the BlackBerry. One that I can think of is OK Google not waking up the BlackBerry Priv. Does everything else but won't wake it up.

This is one that most Android devices don't have. Nothing against BlackBerry on this one, as even stock Android doesn't have it.
