This is pretty minor but for some app that use maps location services is showing the wrong address. It is close on my street, but not my house.

How do I adjust if possible to set correct address?

You can't really, but you can set a generic 'Home' address in Android that will over time spread to all Google things you use i.e Google Maps, etc. Open Google Maps, go to Settings, Edit home or work.

Try restarting your phone. I've seen phones occasionally get their GPS app cache corrupted, and it won't show you your correct location or track streets correctly. A reboot normally fixes it.
