Can someone point me to the exact location of the "Ringtones" folder on the KeyOne, please? I can't find it, I tried with a file manager app and connecting it to computer. Thanks

You got to add it yourself. Create a folder "Ringtones" either under "Main storage" (/storage/emulated/0/), the internal memory. Or create a folder "Ringtones" in the root folder of your SD card.

It shouldn't take long until the MP3s (AACs might work, too) you put in there show up as ringtones. (And "ringtones" only!)

For notifications and alarms it works exactly the same - just that the folder has to be named "Notifications" or "Alarms".
