    Hi All,
    Does anyone have this problem? My LED does not light up for any new notifications. I have gone into the hub and set a rule and still not working. DND has been switched off and I have restarted the phone. The only time I can see it light up is when I switch off the phone and charging.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Try light manager pro and see if that make it to work

    Yes it's by default.
    Check also in the main settings of the device , notifications the gear top right , if the pulse notification light is set to on.

    yep, I check the settings for my accounts and the pulse light is set to on. I can't find the pulse setting on the main settings only in each individual accounts.

    is your phone set to alarms only? if you have that as your volume setting, I believe that turns off the led.

    You should have to do nothing the LED should work out of the box if none of the solutions here work should probably return it
