as long as I have Lastpass and PIA VPN apps open they work fine as soon as I close them they close out. Lastpass Accessibility turns off as well on its own. The VPN is supposed to be always on but this doesn't happen either. Please help?

Odd. I've had no issues with LastPass myself.
I don't use a VPN but I have this same issue with lastpass, it continually turns accessibility off by itself every day or so. It works fine on my priv or any other phone without keeping the app open in the background (that's not a solution).
