Has the random "Preparing SD Card" pop-up been resolved? it was pretty universal as EVERYONE experienced it the first few months with a GIANT thread and all they did in an update was immediately dismiss the pop-up when it happens... and mine has been doing it since i got it on launch day on May 31st 2017

Lucy and Rick, thanks for these replies. I too am in Vancouver (BC) and have had nothing but issues with my K1 since getting as a replacement to my Priv (which I LOVED and was stolen last summer). the reception on calls is now such a huge issue that I cannot not even use my phone in my home - ground level - urban area. Never had an issue before with the Priv, BBBold, or BB10, nor have any other people with other phones in my home. After looking at some other posts it seems that it is in fact the K1 manufacturing that has the issues with the antenna strength. However I will be contacting Rogers and if they are not able to provide a solution for me (maybe a BBK1 Black - apparently is better) then maybe after 18 years with Rogers it is time to look at Telus... I am so sad about this, as I really love this phone.
