    My BB Keyone won't connect to BB Desktop Manager via USB although my computer, running Windows 10 does see the BB in File Explorer. Please help resolve.

    BB Desktop Manager is for times gone by. It will not work with BB android devices. You must look at other options of which I'm sure someone will chime in here with!

    There really is NO ONE SOLUTION. Since I use gmail, I sync my calendar and contacts with it. That solves a biggie. The device has a backup option in Security. While things are backed up, there's no definitive explanation of what is included.

    Apps are available again if you reestablish the same google id for store acquisitions.

    I manually backup photos, docs videos, music myself.
