It's okay to differ. Not sure what "plenty others would to[o]" adds to your point, though.

I like Android on my TV (of course, app support, and is very customizable). Not a fan of it on phones. Just one opinion.

I have a few BlackBerry phones including the Q10 and the recent KEYone and in terms of which is "better", I will always answer that question with "it depends on your needs and what you're looking for".

If you want a larger, nicer looking phone with up to date app support and an OS that is not on life support, the KEYone wins hands down. The keyboard on the KEYone also functions as a "trackpad" which the Q10 doesn't have. When I use my Q10, I often find myself swiping the keyboard from right to left to try to erase a mistyped word since I'm so used to this feature on the Passport, Priv, and KEYone.

The only advantage that I can see with the Q10 is it is a smaller phone which can fit into smaller areas easier AND the keyboard itself (minus the "trackpad" feature of the KEYone) is a far superior keyboard (in terms of feel) than the KEYone. I've used the older Palm Treo line of phones with keyboards (Treo 600, Treo 650, & Treo 680) and I've also used a BlackBerry Bold 9700, BlackBerry Q10, BlackBerry Passport, BlackBerry Priv, and BlackBerry KEYone and I can say that minus the "trackpad feature" of the Passport, Priv, and KEYone, I find the "feel" of the Q10 keyboard to be superior. Another minor advantage of the Q10 if you are a heavy BBM user is that you will/might find the ads on BBM for the KEYone to be somewhat annoying/distracting.

Unless all you care about is making/receiving phone calls and using your phone to send/receive emails/SMS, I would recommend getting a KEYone.

    Hello Team,

I have a Q10 and now Sprint has a KeyOne now and thinking about upgrading. I've been reading reviews and most are good. 8 outta 10 on average. They say it's the best of both worlds. Any of you used a Q10 and now use KeyOne? Is it better? Pros and cons?

Anything is better than the Q10, even the Classic and it has the same specs...

I went from a Q10 to Classic and now a KEYᵒⁿᵉ. Definitely a huge upgrade. Android will take getting used to though, just a fair warning...

I keep hearing about the screen poppin' out? What exactly does that mean? The glass comes out?

Slight manufacturing deviations, likely tolerance stacking, has caused a few devices to have an issue with the screen becoming dislodged from the phone. It's enough of an issue for the company to look at ways to improve it in future runs, but I wouldn't worry. It'll either happen to yours or it'll never happen. Either way treat it like any other phone problem. I've had a Q10 that I had to bring to an at&t service center because the screen simply stopped working once, and had to change out the keyboard due to double typing... Oh well.

The mods should be handing out vacations for the amount of thread crapping that happening on this forum. A person cannot create a thread without having butt hurt bb10 fan boys posting their drivel.

I went from Q10 to KEYone and like others have said it is a huge upgrade in just about every possible area. I actually felt pretty dumb for sticking with Q10 for so long although KEYone was form factor I had been waiting for. I wasn't sure about the switch from BB10 OS to Android but that has been easy and even pleasant. I'm not sure where all the Android hate comes from. I also think KEYone has a fantastic keyboard and I find typing on it to be pleasure.
