    Hello Team,

I have a Q10 and now Sprint has a KeyOne now and thinking about upgrading. I've been reading reviews and most are good. 8 outta 10 on average. They say it's the best of both worlds. Any of you used a Q10 and now use KeyOne? Is it better? Pros and cons?

Bigger screen, better battery, better apps, better. Keyboard, better sound quality, better almost everything except gestures.

worse reception, poppin' out screen (well, mine has 1 month and screen looks fine)..

Anyway I'd upgrade for the app environment, for the battery life and the camera.

Well I just read an article released 4 days ago that the screen issue has been fixed and new phone shipments have been sent to stores. Old ones are under warranty.

But..But..according to the lovely Blackberry supporters, you can just do a warranty claim and all will be ok!!

The KEYone is superior in all domains. The only question you must ask yourself is : will you tolerate Androïd.
    If yes, no hesitation.

I'm fully aware of what's going on, your statement seems to state that it's a non-issue 100%.

What about those that have issues, do a warranty swap and are given a still-malfunctioning device?

    A full resolution would include:

-A full recall of all devices sold.
    -Distribution of new devices.
-Indications via Q.A. Stickers that they are fully new, functioning, non-affected devices.

No it's not. Android OS is a piece of garbage compared with BB10.

Yes BB10 is virtually app free in comparison and now moving into end of life but that doesn't stop it being a miserable experience moving from BB10 to Android.

My daughter went from Q10 to the KEYone and she finds the keys similar. The first moment she had it she was typing just as well as on her Q10.

Love the Q10 size but K1 is the better device in terms of Battery, Apps, Camera. Typing is similar on both except K1 has the smart scrolling functions and flicking up text for selection and swiping back to delete text. Get the K1.

The Q10 feels like a small toy compared to the KEYone. I had a Q10 in white and black, and it was a good phone for the time.

BlackBerry 10 is a great OS and I would have loved for it to be what BlackBerry hoped it would.... but it wasn't, so after years of BlackBerry 10, I began using an iPhone 7Plus with my Classic, and then replaced the Classic with the KEYone. My first KEYone had the screen lift issue, and now I have a new one which so far has been perfect.

I had always been an Android hater because of the disorganization, but after a few days with the KEYone, I saw that there was enough BlackBerry about it to make Android actually pretty enjoyable. I still use my iPhone with my KEYone but I have been pleasantly surprised by the BlackBerry Android hybrid.

Get a K1, there is not much of a comparison. The shift to android takes a bit of getting use to but after a few weeks you won't notice. I must admit that I still like picking up my classic to send out a quick emails...that was really the best keyboard bbry built but the balance of screen real estate and pkb will quickly offset some of the quirkiness you'll have by switching to a new OS.

    Q10 has three advantages:
1 - smaller size makes for easier 1-handed use and pocketability.
2 - OLED screen is quite beautiful.
    3 - bb10 hub

Aside from that, the keyone, now that the screen issue is fixed, is the superior device in all categories. Plus it's supported.
