KEYone volume icon on the keyboard

I have a question about the blackberry keyone
On the right side under button L you have a volume icon, how does it work when watching YouTube video on the browser or on YouTube app pressing that button doesn't change volume or turning it off how does it work?

It's to toggle speakerphone on and off during a call. Has nothing to do with media volume.

Hello.. I will have problem with my volume in KeyOne that does not work when I play music or Youtube. Do you have a solution? Thanks in advance.
