    Could someone from CB give us some insight as to what the h3ll is going on here? Does BBM simply have no idea what they're doing? Why did they release the July update, with a new version number, almost a month after they first released it, but then seemed to have pulled it? I assumed they had pulled it b/c of the major notifications issue, so I would have expected it to be fixed with this release, but it's not?

    Seriously, WTF is going on over there?

    Some insight would be appreciated by CB staff, since they now serve as official BB/BBM support. I don't think that's too much to ask.

    I tried to setup my ewarranty and I got an invalid request message that wouldn't go away so I disabled the app. Anyone seen this?

    I got the same thing.. Just clearing out the from memory made it go away. I guess I'll try again next month hopefully when it's fixed

    Yes, I checked when I saw this thread, too.

    NO update. Who knows - maybe they are encouraging us to leave Verizon!!!!
    Given the notification issue, you're better off on the April release I think.

    tried rebooting several times, but the 'invalid result' message keeps popping up on the screen. anyone figure out how to resolve this. as we know, can't even contact blackberry support since the link is a dead end. as someone else said, come on blackberry, you're pushing even your most loyal fans.

    Happened to me too. I re-entered the info and waited for a few minutes instead of closing the pop-up and then it came back with a message that they will contact me when my registration is completed. Not too brilliant

    so because of this, I tired to submit a 'service ticket' on the blackberrymobile.com site: it's comical. I go through the description of the problem, fill out all their fields and press "submit my ticket"....and....nothing happens! The button doesn't work!

    Darn it. the phone autoupdated once I got home and connected to Wi-Fi.

    I didn't notice any notification bugs and I hope this new update doesn't bring it.

    Good to know about the voicemail disconnect. I have AT&T and my visual voicemail hadn't been working.

    This actually came with the AAM481 build but alas, not everyone managed to get that. Same with the support app.

    I see this as well. Although I don't believe I had a Voicemail bug. I did notice my signal strength in my office is consistently 1 bar higher.

    My phone auto updated when I was asleep. Took longer than usual to boot up but everything looks good so far. I did fill out the survey that popped up and that was sent without any issues.
