    So i have a Keyone and noticed that the screen at thetop seems to be a slight lip/dip between the the glass and the body. When i run my finger across you can hear and feel the difference, is this normal or do i ahve the "screen issue".
    It is difficult to see this "dip/lip" in a picture.
    Ifi send the phone back to the BBMobile support in the Uk it can take upto 5 days if they decideto replace it.
    Anyone with a KeyOne in the Uk had to return for a replcament?

    Sounds like it may just be a cosmetic issue due to the seal around the edges being a bit uneven.
