Hi, I received this message from AT*T today

KeyONE support ending for AT&T in November 2021?-dsc04302.jpg

"Blackberry's ending device support on 11/4/21. To avoid loss of service you must change your device. Contact your telecom mgr for next steps."

Does this mean my Key One will no long be functional after that date? Or can I still connect, since it is a 4G phone.

Is this an AT&T branded KeyOne? Or some other unlocked model?

That wording is wierd since BlackBerry doesn't provide anything for the KeyOne to keep it going. And... November? What happens in November?

Also, AT&T messages usually start with "AT&T msg:", " AT&T Free Msg:" or "AT&T Free Message:". Not what yours started with.

Unless you own the AT&T-branded KEYone (PRD-63116-036), then you will no longer be able to talk and text after Feb of 2022.

They will likely try and kick you off earlier, as some here have been already.
