Today my KeyOne just switch off while lying on my desk. Now, it doesn't react to any button press when not connected to charging cable. As soon as I connect it to charger, the led starts to flash green (greenish-yellow) and I can switch it on. After it shows the Blackberry logo, it goes off again. I can access recovery mode (is that the right term when I press Power + Vol down), but none of the four options helps.
Any idea what happend here and how to fix (except bringing back to the store)? The device is about 9 month old and didn't show this behaviour before.

No idea why it would happen, but you can try reinstalling your OS with the KEYone Upgrade tool found here - https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...-tool-1117513/
