Earlier this morning my phone freezed. I restarted, and was met with BlackBerry Bootloader Menu.

If I start the phone normally, I'm stuck on Bootloader Menu, without being able to choose any option (my Volume Down button seems to be broken, so maybe that's the cause as well).

However I can go into Safe Mode (Vol. Up + Power).

I have backed up most files I can. But some data from some apps (Kiwi browser, Swipetimes, etc) need to be imported via the app, so I need the phone to restart normally.

Any idea what to do?

Not much you can do in Safe Mode apart from backing up what you can as you have.

If you don't have a device password set up (or if you can remove it in Safe Mode), you can always use a no-wipe autoloader.

Which Autoloader can I use? I'm on BBB100-7, OS apparently is ABC322...

If the Tool completed properly, and it's still not booting, you have a hardware fault.

I remember owning a PRIV that would reboot to safe mode. Turned out, it was the case. Phone wasn't installed properly in the case, and the volume was inadvertently being pushed. This caused the safe mood reboot. When I removed the case, the problem was gone.
