been using my keyone for a few days, and some buttons, mainly the E.D, feel a little softer, gently running my finger across gives it a squeak. Any tips as to how to remedy this, do the jeys need time to break in, i can't be bothered returning it for a fix.

Take it for a good spin, type a lot and see if they break in.

It felt weird first time I typed on the keyone I wasn't sure if I'd ever get used it after switching from passport but now it's all buttery smooth.

Had an identical experience as yours with the same keys. After a day or two it work itself out.

Every physical keyboard has a break-in period. I still miss the sculpted keys of my IBM Thinkpad 755CE. Yeah, I am old.

I've had mine since the beginning of June. Some of the keys on the right side are squeaky and haven't gotten better with time. I don't want to go through a return process. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix it on my own?

Same here. It's like an infection that spreads from key to key. Never experienced this on my Classic and Priv though...
