    Hi,
My Keyone seems very slow to respond to a wake up.
I have just missed a call when it rang and I pressed and re-pressed the screen numerous times as well as the finger touch bar and nothing happened.
This seems to happen quite often.

I know the left button on the case turns it off but is there a button I can press to INSTANTLY wake it up.

The Q10 I just pressed the top button and ' hey presto', this is like trying to wake a granny from her sleep!

Have you cleared out the cache lately? Mine does that also at times it goes into a deep sleep wither hold the space bar down or hit the on off button

Yes, I did it a few days ago. Just checked now and it is showing 262MB, barely showing the green on the bar?
    262MB is cached data

Do you use a screen protector? They have on occasion interferred with screen response.

Is this a new symptom? Only on phone calls or anytime you try waking it up? Does a double-tap normally wake it up? Any new apps added recently?

And besides the cache method, have you done the 32 second reboot? Hold the Power button for 32 (or +) seconds ignoring screen logos/flashing and ignoring vibrations or sounds.

No, I do not use a screen protector.

This is the first time is has happened on an incoming phone call.

A double tap does work 75% of the time.

I have not heard of the 32 second reboot, I will try that now.
    Thank you.
