Device restart doesn't help. Screen turned on instantly by pressing power key or finger sensor before. What could cause this issue?

FIX UPDATE:
It's the physical SD card problem. Phone reboot won't help. SD card error cause this problem, you should find that some files are gone now.
Remove SIM Card tray with SD card and you will see the delayed Screen ON problem disappear. Insert SIM card tray with SD card back correctly and it should be fine.
+ I felt battery drain while having this Screen delay ON problem.
