    Why is the Keyone constantly showing that I have a voice mail when I have none.

    Shows it on the notification banner. I can not get rid of it even clearing. It comes back.

    Restarting the Keyone normally clears it but should not have to do that.

    Some folks have found that if they call their own cell and leave a message and then retrieve it, it will clear the "ghost" message.
