    I am trying to use my phone, however when I attempt to enter my pin, the physical keypad does not load, nor will the on screen keypad.

    The emergency dialler does boot when accessed via the screen.

    I have tried the various reset methods, I am unable to access safe mode as I am prompted to enter the pin number...which I can't.

    No obvious damage to keypad, not been dropped, or spillage.

    Has anybody had a similar issue? Any advice appreciated

    You recently add a case? Maybe a button is being push from that case? Remove from case and try.

    Maybe force stop and clear the cache of the BlackBerry Keyboard app? Or go even further and disable it and then re-enable it? However you may lose all your Keyboard custom dictionary and settings
