I have two BB Keyone devices -- both Silver editions. I purchased the second device (great deal) to hopefully easily / cheaply fix a problem with the first, but same issue on the second.
The bottom row onscreen input (the triangle / circle / square) does not accurately strike. In order for that onscreen input to work, I have to tab well below the specific icon, in fact so low my finger grazes the top row of the physical keyboard.
--Is this a know circumstance and is there a fix?
--Seems like hardware and not an OS, as the issue recurs with all updates.
Any thoughts / suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you ever experienced it working another way? I just played around on my K1 a bit, and I always graze the top fret and keys when I push those android standard buttons. So maybe this is just normal behavior?

It would also explain some of the complaints people have about bumping the android buttons when swiping up for auto complete.
