Hello
with BB.10.3 and previous version when I setup cancel from hub+server from device emails are deleted from server.
With KEYone having the same does not delete from server.
I noted in the email account setup there is only possibility delete from incoming email but not server+hub... (this on the email accound on hub)
IN generic setting (not in the inside email account) there is possiblity to have
"delete from hub+server" but does not works as it is not in the email account.
it is generic
Do you have solution please ?
It helpfull when you are out and you want to cancel some emails

It works for me. What email provider are you using?
To fix, I turned on "Delete Message Confirmation" - that will prompt you every time you delete a message. Then I picked an email to delete. When the prompt came up, I selected delete on hub and server AND I checked the option to remember the setting.

Now it works as it should.
Where is located exactly ?? By the way this KEYone having too much bugs for me.
I continue to use but when I bought I thought was much better.
But you said "all these bugs". What are they. And did you try what the person earlier on suggested?
What do you mean "And did you try what the person earlier on suggested?"
But I will find how to fix.. By the way , Android Marshmallow and Nougat have too many restrition, they must improve.. Maybe have been expected too much from KEYone - I only use BlackBerry from the beginning)

The poster mentioned that they turned on "delete message confirmation" then when deleting a message, they chose delete from hub and server and checked off "dont ask me again".
And what restrictions are you talking about? Be more specific.
