I see it from 3rd party sellers for a lot more money. Even Best Buy when I last looked showed no availability or in store pick up available. Maybe it is done? Hard to believe!
Reason I looked, was because I was at Best Buy over lunch with a coworker picking one up - they told him its not available anywhere in the US (stock wise). He went on amazon and it was just gone.
I ordered mine on June 30th and received it on Monday the 3rd from Amazon GSM version, checked today and they only had them from 3rd party sellers. Love this phone! I haven't put it down in 2 days!
KEYones are coming in small qtys at Amazon. I've been trying to get another one as a gift for someone and its always out.
I check randomly and at 5am this morning they had none, only 3rd parties. Checked at 9am and the page was at ORDER NOW for later delivery. Sold by Amazon.com.
Ordered right away and 15min later its gone again.
Or more likely waiting for returned never sold stock from amazon & bestbuy they will tear open, apply glue, and re-box as NEW with false manufacture date... I think the US consumer protection agency should monitor this. BlackBerry was suspected of doing this with Passports and I don't think that was ever settled. Old bad habits never die and BlackBerry dissimulation behavior may have contaminated TCL...

The listing is still there. It says "buy from these sellers" when Amazon doesn't have stock but third parties do. When Amazon has stock, the same link will drop to show the normal price, and you'll be able to buy it.

One listed says "international edition" so what is that? How can one know if the Amazon Stock is fresh off the line with new screen attachment or is returned and fixed? Third party sales on Amazon are NOT an official BlackBerry sales channel, only if listed "sold by TCL, via Amazon"...

I don't think they have any obligation to sell as refurbished unless it has been sold first. I might be wrong.

If it left the assembly line twice it is refurbished by law in the US. I don't know if anyone in the surveillance authority agencies pays any attention to BlackBerry for their infinitesimal number sold.
Obviously I cannot speak for the quality of devices, but I do see that the TCL seller has KeyOne devices periodically. A few days ago, it said 'order soon eleven devices left'. Point is, they are still for sell. And no, I don't know if they are 'old' or 'new'.
I cannot say when they were made. I cannot say if they are corrected models, I can only say they are still for sell.
I can also say that is where my order was placed (and received). Also, dig through other sellers because that is what it took for me on Launch Day (night).
