    When I am on my Keyone browsing web, or watching Youtube, I find that my Pulse sms notification does not get shown, not a sound or pop up notification.

    But if my phone is not being used and I receive a notification, then it comes out fine. Any idea what could be causing it?

    I am thinking it is a ram related issue. I already removed Pulse from the battery saving list in the setting.

    some apps have a place in settings that you can turn that off or on! it may be off by default!
