Nop, no screen protector or anything on the phone.

I'm not sure will this be a software issue as I was using it now as daily driver. However, this does happen one to twice a day.

Dxmn annoying when the every morning I can't touch my phone and this problem trouble me.

However thanks for your effort and I will try the above mentioned method by tonight.

Tried all the above suggestion except reloading the OS as I can't find Android OS for Keyone from the website. Only Prive and Dtek.

Still doesn't work for me =(

I had this issue with BB Z3 gave it for service they replaced the screen. now working fine for last 2 years

I just bought the indian keyone, and facing a issue with my second sim card, its not getting recognized. Grayed out in the top.

Spoke with Optiemus, and they told me that my phone have factory warranty, but I needed to get my phone to india.

Does anyone knows if there is any service center who I can ship my phone to directly?
