I have had a BlackBerry KeyOne for some months now. When I turn it over, I see there is a flash on the back; I use it as torch. But I have no clue what the other flash beneath the main one is for. How can I use it? Is it another flash or something?

It's a true-tone flash, that technically improves photos to give them a more natural tone across colors, skin tones, etc. It usually fires in darker shots but there's nothing you can do to make one fire vs. the other.

Another question I have about this phone is on using Google Docs with the keyboard. On other Apps, I can use the keyboard as a trackpad but on the Google Docs I can't. Why can't I scroll on the Google Docs using the keyboard? Is this an issue? If yes, how can I solve this? Thanks!

I think it depends on the lighting conditions, however, I can't say I've ever turned it around and 'flashed' myself to verify.

I also concerned about the screen shot above. Please take a look at it and help me. I want to know how I can use those external physical keyboard shortcuts. I have never been able to use them yet there are there on the settings.

Well, external physical keyboard says it all really. You need an external physical keyboard, such as a Bluetooth one attached. They then become usable. Note how the keys correspond.

Yeah, it would be great using those keyboard shortcuts on the KeyOne.
