keyone from gearbest

Hi. I have buyed a Black Edition from gearbest. Activate Google Services and so on.
The only problem I have is about Ok Google from all screnn
Ok Google routine works When I click the microphone.
But option about Ok Google from all screen is greayed out

You should probably check with Google about how to set it up. I don't use it on my phones so I'm useless.
