Just got a keyone and love it. Only problem is - when I forward an email with an attachment - I get a red circle with an exclamation mark and it won't go!, won't send - just sits in hub

How large is the attach? Have you tried sending to a different email address as a test?

Sounds stupid, but restarting has fixed sending problems for me multiple times.

If that doesn't work, consider holding the power button for 32+ seconds (the device will restart multiple times).

Consider removing and re-adding the email address you're using.

There are so many possibilities with this, but that's a good place to start to get the easy stuff out of the way.

... assuming it's not a massive file size problem, of course.

There are a couple of possibilities..

    1. Check your outgoing ports and server
    2. Check your filesize limit
    3. Check the receiver's email address
    4. Enterprise or personal?
