Will BlackBerry Mobile fob me off to my carrier or will they assist me directly?
Do they offer advanced replacement?

If you bought it from a carrier then the carrier is your initial point of return as always.
In the past with the Priv, I went through BlackBerry or BlackBerry Care directly.
Will suck if I have to be without a smartphone for a month because Rogers sends devices away for repair.
Well, call Rogers and inquire. If you don't like their answer, call BlackBerry Mobile lol.

Yeah I'm currently on hold with BlackBerry Mobile.... 20:00 minutes so far....
Fingerprint scanner stopped working and back cover of phone popped partially out and the won't re-secure. I think the screen will give way next.
Now my fingerprint reader is not working
It seems to be a problem with the accessibility system supply around with your accessibility bits and make sure you switch off the pitch you don't actually need or just switch off accessibility and fingerprint should be back working as it's the case with me I don't exactly know which bits need to be changed or which bit stop it but it was mentioned in the help screens
Sorry, come again??
Not understanding. Everything under Settings > Accessibility is turned off.
Anyway BlackBerry Mobile is sending me a replacement device and then I'm mailing mine out.
It was just I had a problem with mine this morning and I fixed it if it wasn't accessibility then it was the access permissions and for some unknown reason I don't know how it's back working again
