I love my Blackberry KeyOne. However yesterday I received an upgrade or update for Android and now my phone will not boot normally. it just goes to the blackberry bootloader screen. I cannot use the volume keys to move to any of the boot options. I can boot into safe mode. But Apps will not work. and what's the point of having the Android OS if you cannot run Apps.

I submitted a request for help on the Blackberry Mobile Site. Is there anything I can do. I wish I have my Q10 right now.

When in safe mode can you access settings and then back up/restore and do a factory reset?

Download and install the tool in the first post ("The Internet is forever"), then run it. Follow the instructions it gives, and if it works, it'll wipe your KEYone but bring it back to life.

But before you do that, back up as much as you can in Safe Mode regardless what your next course of action is.

No luck, I cannot get it to go into fastboot, I have the

blackberry Bootloader Menu then it says Mode: PRODUCT
Use Vol Up/Down or Power key to select

--->1. Barcode
2. Continue the bootup.
3. Reboot in fastboot.
4. Turn power off.
** Hold powerbutton for 10+ seconds to force reset **

The volume buttons do nothing.

So the issue is that my down volume button is broken.

As I bought it on Amazon I'm not sure I have any warranty.

You have the mfg warranty after the Amazon 30 days.
