I recently read a post on the TELUS forums that it appears, to them, the KEYone will only be available to business accounts. Is there any merit to this?

That was one person's opinion. My local Telus store said the K1 hasn't show up in their internal system yet, but they expect that it would at least be available in the larger stores.

The press release only said Telus Business...hopefully that was an oversight/or changes

Even if it wasn't, nothing is stopping you from walking into a Telus Business store and asking for a KEYone.

Another issue is whether or not the full retail/business price will be marked up to make their contract sales look more attractive.
