Not sure what you mean. I use T-Mobile's wifi calling all the time on my LG V10, and no problems. And in fact last night I used their DIGITS app to do it, and again no problem.
The only latency I have is when hooking to an older bluetooth audio system in my car, and play a video. Wicked latency.
I also have a Samsung tablet, a high end one, that we use as the kitchen TV/movie player. It plays audio via BT to a remote speaker, and there's zero latency.
