Key1 Oreo no more LTE

I have a BBB100-1 unlocked factory on Bell

I did the oreo update today and no longer get LTE

H+ is all I am getting.

I do have a unlimited bb data plan that is grandfathered, but I had LTE up until this update

well, I manually chose the Bell LTE in the network settings and it registered to LTE and is now fine
